Living Well is a community and resource hub in Singapore. We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address or mobile number, message, product of interest and the page you sent it from. When you take our quiz, we use your answers to calculate your result. If you sign up by email, we keep your quiz email, result, second match, scores and age decade. We also record when you submit a form.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to enquiries, help with products or a partner assessment you request, and send the quiz plan and Living Well updates you asked for. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
Our service providers may process your data to host and operate the website and database, and deliver our email alerts. We share relevant details with partner clinics only if you ask us to match you with one. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including where service providers process it outside Singapore.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for these purposes and any applicable legal requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove information that identifies you.
Your choices and requests
You can withdraw consent, ask to access your personal data, or ask us to correct it. Use the contact form on our home page and tell us what you need. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask for enough information to confirm your identity before sharing or changing personal data.
If you withdraw consent, we will stop using your data for the purposes you withdraw from, unless the law requires otherwise. This may mean we cannot send your plan or updates, or complete an enquiry or assessment match.
